Special NewOrleans.com promotion runs from July 6 to Sept. 30.

New Orleans & Company, the tourism arm of The Big Easy is offering a special summer promotion: Stay two nights at a New Orleans hotel and receive a $100 digital gift card to spend however you please.
From July 6 to Sept. 30, 2026, guests who book a qualified hotel reservation through NewOrleans.com and stay a minimum of two nights will receive a $100 Visa gift card delivered via email the day they check in. The gift card is usable anywhere Visa is accepted and only valid while supplies last.
The idea is to entice tourists to visit the city during the summertime. Yes, the temperatures are not ideal but there's lots going on, from the MoonPay X Games competition to Tales of the Cocktail and White Linen Night.
“Summer is a wonderful time to experience New Orleans, with incredible events, world-class dining, and countless ways to enjoy the city,” said Walt Leger III, president and CEO of New Orleans & Company. “This promotion gives visitors even more value while encouraging them to explore our hotels, restaurants, attractions and local businesses. Whether it is a first visit or a summer staycation, there is always something new to discover in New Orleans. We hope this offer inspires more people to plan a trip, stay a little longer and experience everything that makes our city so special.”

And it gets better. Maximize your $100 with other promotions happening this summer. For travels before Aug. 31, 2026, visitors can get a free glass of DB Cabernet or Chardonnay with the purchase of an entrée at Bourbon House or try three different kinds of pasta at Domenica restaurant for $39. Junebug will also be hosting all-day happy hour every Wednesday for all of July and August.

“August in New Orleans means fewer crowds, easier reservations, and exploring more of what our incredible city offers at your own pace,” said Jeremy Cooker, senior vice president of marketing for New Orleans & Company. “This promotional offer makes it easier than ever for visitors to come see why Travel + Leisure recently named New Orleans one the best places to travel to in August and why it was just designated the city the No. 4 destination in America by T+L readers.”
